FAQS
Do you travel?
Absolutely. I’m based in Cleveland, Ohio & I’m more than happy to travel anywhere you’d like. Travel expenses will be added to photography coverage. If I’m driving, it’s .67 cents per mile, and if I’m flying, we’ll cover the cost of a round-trip ticket, rental car if needed, and accommodations.
How many photos do we get back?
You can expect to receive 50-100 images for each hour of shooting. I believe in quality over quantity.
How do we get our photos?
I send a digital gallery where you can download high-resolution images and order prints directly from the site. You can also share the link with friends and family so they can enjoy the album too.
What is your turn-around time?
For smaller albums, the turnaround time is typically 4-6 weeks.
For wedding albums, I’ll send digital previews within a week. Your full wedding gallery will be ready within 8-12 weeks (please note that the timeline may be a little longer during busy seasons).
How do we book you?
The process usually starts with an email, followed by a phone or zoom call so we can get to know each other. I’ll listen to what you’re looking for and answer any questions you have. If we align, I’ll send over a contract and invoice, and you’ll put down a booking deposit to secure the date. The rest of the payment will be due closer to the shoot date.
What do we do if we need to cancel or reschedule?
For cancellations, the deposit is non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, your deposit will be applied to the new date. Rescheduling fees may apply.
Do you give back raw images?
No, I don’t provide raw images.
